Pictured here - weaving up to the ends of the warp so there's no loom waste. I untied these knots rather than cutting the piece off the loom, and then retied the knots up to the edge of the fabric..
Here's the edge of the shawl after twisting the fringes, before I washed it. After fulling, the fabric is more textured and soft. I'm thinking it will create its own halo with wear - get more fuzzy.
Here it is finished. Cozy and pretty. From dog to shawl!! Voila!
